Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all chauffeur and transfer services provided by Alpha Transfer GmbH to its clients. By booking a journey you accept these terms. Deviating arrangements apply only if we expressly agree to them in writing.

Booking and conclusion of contract

Requests can be made via our contact form, by email or by WhatsApp. A request does not yet constitute a binding contract. The contract is concluded only upon our express confirmation by email. When booking, please provide all relevant details in full (date, time, pick-up and destination, number of passengers and any special requests).

Prices and payment

Prices are calculated individually according to route, vehicle and effort, and are communicated to you before the journey begins. Payment is made as agreed — by bank transfer, by major credit cards or on location. The conditions communicated at confirmation are decisive.

Cancellation and no-show

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the agreed start of the journey are free of charge. For later cancellations or in the event of a no-show, the agreed services may be charged in full or in part. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible by email or WhatsApp.

Client obligations

Please be at the agreed place at the agreed time. During the journey the applicable traffic rules, in particular the obligation to wear seat belts, must be observed. Clients are liable for damage caused by improper conduct in the vehicle.

Liability

We provide our services with the greatest possible care and punctuality. We accept no liability for delays due to force majeure, exceptional traffic conditions, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Aarburg (Canton of Aargau, Switzerland).
