What data we collect

When you fill out our booking form, we only collect the information you enter yourself: name, contact detail (email address or phone number), and details of your desired journey (date, time, pick-up, destination).

Purpose of processing

This data is used exclusively to process your booking request and to contact you to confirm your journey. It is not used for marketing or analytics purposes.

How your data is processed

Your request is sent directly to our team by email — we do not operate a database in which your details are permanently stored. The confirmation link in this internal email contains your details in encrypted, signed form and automatically expires after 14 days.

Disclosure to third parties

Emails are sent via our email provider (Hostinger). No data is shared with or sold to any further third parties, in particular not for advertising purposes.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking tools. No visitor profiles are created.

Google Maps

On our website we embed a map from Google Maps. For privacy reasons it only loads once you actively click on it. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA), which we have no control over. As long as you do not load the map, no data is sent to Google.
